Appearance Design & Comfort Fit
The charging case follows TOZO’s signature design – featuring an LED digit display that intelligently shows the battery percentage. Compact enough to slip easily into the jeans pocket, and it is also very convenient to take the earphones out. On the back, there’s a USB-C port and a multifunction button: a single press shows battery status, while a long press resets the earbuds.
TOZO Open EarRing consists of two parts: a circular speaker placed in the concha and a larger square module that fits behind the ear, both of which are connected by a thin curved bridge. Each earphone weighs only 5.1g, and the “C-bridge” has good flexibility and resilience.
The stability is very good – even during running or jumping rope, they stay firmly in place. After three hours of continuous wear, there’s no noticeable pressure or discomfort. Although the module behind the ear exerts slight pressure, the wearing comfort is still excellent. The open-ear design also brings an added benefit: clear environmental awareness while listening to music.
Connection & App Support
TOZO Open EarRing uses Bluetooth 5.4 technology and supports SBC and AAC codec. The bluetooth connectivity of the Open EarRing is strong, offering a reliable connection more than ten meters from your device, without any connection or sound hiccups.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t support multipoint connection – only single device connection is available. But other features are noteworthy: compatibility with iOS/Android dedicated APP (TOZO App), and the IPX5 waterproof rating is enough to cope with sweat and rain.
The app includes 32 preset EQs and allows custom tuning, along with options to check battery levels, customize controls, and enable low-latency mode.
Battery Life & Gaming Mode & Controls
The TOZO Open EarRing support 65ms low latency mode. Playing games and watching videos is no problem, it works without issues on both Android and iPhone with perfect sound and picture sync.
The 10-hour battery life easily lasts a full workday (AAC + 50% volume), and the charging case can fully charge the earphones three additional times. The case charges using USB-C cable.
The touch panel is designed in a wide back area. Once you are familiar with the position, double-tap, triple-tap, long-press are quite smooth.

Sound Description
The overall sound style is relatively balanced. The bass quantity is moderate and natural, and the transient response and extension depth are acceptable. The mids vocals are warm and delicate. The highs are clear without turbidity, and it becomes harsh only at the maximum volume.
The soundstage is relatively open and the resolution is good. The vocals and instruments are clearly layered, and the sound details can be clearly presented. The Bass+ in the app is particularly outstanding – enhancing mid-bass impact and livens up the sound.
