01/ SoundPeats Capsule3 Pro charging case teardown
Teardown the charging case and take out the cockpit structure.
The inner structure of the charging case shell, and the function keys set the keycap rebound structure.
The bottom structure of the cockpit, the main board is fixed by screws, and the cable is connected to the main board through the ZIF connector.
The structure on one side of the charging cockpit is equipped with a cable connecting the indicator light and the Hall element.
The structure on the other side of the charging cockpit is fixed with a battery unit.
Remove the screws and remove the motherboard. There is also a small board for charging the earbuds below, which is fixed by screws and connected to the main board by metal shrapnel.
The main components inside the charging case include the motherboard, battery, a small board for charging earbuds and an FPC cable.
The bottom structure of the charging cockpit, two magnets are fixed by glue to absorb earbuds and charging case cover.
Two metal shrapnel connectors are set for the circuit on the side of the small board that charges the earbuds.

The hall element of AD201 silkscreened at the end of the cable is used to sense the magnetic field change when the charging case cover is turned on/off, and then inform the charging case MCU to control the pairing or disconnection of the earbuds with the connected device.

LPS LP7810 ultra-high-efficiency charging compartment management chip is a TWS charging compartment management chip with built-in 30V input withstand voltage linear charging and I2C programmable TWS charging compartment management chip. The chip has charging, boosting, NTC management, LDO, and other multiple protection circuits. Support two-way communication with earbuds, charging parameters can be set through the I2C bus, and send an interrupt signal to the MCU when a specific event occurs. In addition, LP7810 integrates two LED drivers, which is convenient for the design of light display scheme.
Cooperating with LP4080, LP7810 can achieve 93% battery-to-battery system efficiency, and greatly increase the battery life of the charging compartment by 20%. At the same time, it supports high-current fast charging within 250ma without getting hot, so as to meet the battery life of three minutes of charging and two hours of talking. 02/ SoundPeats Capsule3 Pro earbuds teardown
Enter the earbuds teardown section and open the cavity along the earbud head parting line.
The internal structure of the earbud front cavity, the internal components are connected to the internal motherboard of the headset stem through a cable, and the cable is pasted with cloth tape to isolate the battery.
The internal structure of the rear cavity of the earbud is equipped with a battery unit, and the battery is isolated with a shielding sticker, and the battery wire is welded to the cable.
Take out the speaker, and set the rear feed noise cancellation microphone at the end of the cable.
The front diaphragm of the earbud dynamic speaker is covered with a layer of biological fiber, which brings a more mellow and full-bodied mid-low frequency effect.
The back of the dynamic speaker is welded with the cable, and two tuning holes are set on the edge to improve the acoustic performance.
After actual measurement, the size of the dynamic driver is about 12mm, which is consistent with the official announcement.
The MEMS microphone of laser engraving iB252 2527 is a feed-back noise cancellation microphone, which is used to pick up noise from inside the ear canal.
Take out the battery unit inside the rear cavity of the earphone, and use a steel shell button battery, which is insulated by wrapping it with high-temperature tape.
The internal structure of the earbud rear cavity, the cable is connected to the main board in the headset stem, and glued to fix and seal. A magnet is set in the cavity for adsorption and fixation with the charging case.

Two Scientic SDHL1608F4R7MT fully magnetically shielded precision wound inductors around the main control chip are one of the SDHL1608 series. LPS LP4080H ultra-high efficiency linear charging fast charging chip. It contains a linear charger to charge the Li-Ion battery in the earbuds, with CHGb charge status indication and ENb input to disable the charger if needed.
LP4080H cooperates with LP7810 charging compartment management chip to support 250mA current charging. In standby mode, the LP4080 draws only 600nA from the battery. The chip has functions such as ultra-low dropout charging management, warehouse entry and exit detection, 1-wire private communication protocol, and 5 logic signals. Through the 1-wire protocol, users can flexibly adjust the float voltage, power-on signal, reset signal, etc.
