INJOINIC IP5518H is a multifunctional power management SoC that integrates MCU, boost converter, lithium battery charging management, battery power indicator, and supports 30V high withstand voltage – it can provide a complete power solution for TWS charging case. The high integration and rich functions of IP5518H require only a few peripheral components during application, reducing BOM costs.

IP5518H can be reprogrammed and withstand voltage 30V single-chip intelligent two-way communication compartment application, and can provide open-cover connection function.

IP5518H has built-in synchronous rectification boost DC-DC and built-in power tube, providing a maximum output current of 400mA and a boost efficiency as high as 93%. The DC-DC converter switches at 1.0MHz and can support low-cost inductors and capacitors. The linear charging of IP5518H provides a maximum charging current of 500mA, and the maximum charging current can be flexibly configured. Built-in chip temperature protection and input voltage intelligently adjust charging current.

IP5518H can realize independent detection of TWS earbuds and automatically enter charging mode after detecting that the earbuds are placed in the charging bin. The earphones automatically enter sleep state after being fully charged, and the quiescent current can be reduced to a minimum of 20uA. IP5518H has a built-in 8bits MCU, which can flexibly customize 4/3/2/1 LED or 188 digital tube power display. Built-in 12bits ADC can accurately calculate battery power.

SiliconWisdom SWD255S Hall element is a micro-power consumption, high-sensitivity S-pole unipolar Hall switch sensing device. The internal circuit includes a Hall slice, a voltage stabilizing module, a signal amplification processing module, a dynamic offset elimination module and a CMOS output stage.

SWD255S uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an overall optimized circuit structure, allowing the product to obtain extremely low input error feedback. Dynamic offset elimination technology is also adopted, which can eliminate the offset voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient, and improve the consistency of the device. At the same time, the product adopts an extremely miniaturized packaging process, which gives the product extremely high performance and market advantages.

Three LED indicators are used to feedback charging status.
