The appearance design and portability of Noble Audio FoKus Prestige are significantly improved compared to Noble FoKus Mystique; especially the maple wood material and hand-drawn design, creating HiFi TWS earbuds that are both lightweight, portable and artistic.

Appearance Design and Comfortable

Noble FoKus Prestige uses maple wood to build the charging case and earbud cavity – after polishing, the charging case looks particularly round and shiny. A slight drawback is that the black plastic inside the charging case seems a bit uncoordinated. The size of the charging case is similar to that of the Noble FoKus Mystique, but it looks slightly larger.

The sizes of Noble FoKus Prestige earbuds and wired HiFi earbuds are relatively similar, but the difference is that the thickness is more prominent. Fortunately, the cavity is very light and the fit is good enough to support daily walking, jogging and other light activities. The wearing comfort of FoKus Prestige is very good – the ergonomically designed cavity fits the ear more closely when worn, and there is no foreign body feeling.

In addition, 6 pairs of silicone eartips are provided, including 3 pairs of regular eartips and 3 pairs of double-layer eartips of different sizes – choosing the right eartips can also improve wearing comfort.

Connectivity, App Support and Controls

Noble FoKus Prestige is equipped with Qualcomm QCC3040 bluetooth audio SoC chip, built-in True Wireless Mirroring technology and Bluetooth 5.2. Supports SBC, ACC, APTX and Aptx Adaptive codecs. This configuration brings very reliable connection stability and a connection distance sufficient to cope with most scenarios. During the experience, the overall performance of FoKus Prestige after being effectively connected to the mobile phone was very good – there was no lag during music playback, and there was no disconnection.

It should be noted that after the launch of Noble FoKus Mystique, some people reported that one earbud was prone to being disconnected during pairing – this problem still exists with FoKus Prestige. After many tests, I initially determined that the process of “opening the charging case – taking out the earbuds – closing the charging case” may be caused by operating too quickly. It is recommended that you pause for 2 seconds after opening the charging case, and then take out and wear the earbuds after the indicator light comes on – the earbuds will also sound a connected prompt.

Also, very unfortunately – the Noble FoKus Prestige does not support multipoint connection functionality.

There are two ways to interact with Noble FoKus Prestige, one is to operate through the touch control panel, and the other is to control through the Noble Fokus APP. The control of the APP is simple and intuitive, and you can adjust the equalizer and choose the tuning style according to your own preferences – there are 6 preset EQs. In addition to directly adjusting the sounds of 10 different frequency bands, the personalized mode can also recommend the most suitable tuning curve for users through hearing tests.

Nearly 10 operations can be completed through the earbuds touch control panel, which can meet most daily needs, and the Noble Fokus APP can also customize the functions of the touch control. The combination of two different interaction methods gives FoKus Prestige a very complete human-computer interaction experience.

Noise Cancellation and Battery Life

Noble FoKus Prestige does not support Active Noise Cancellation, but does support transparent mode. After turning on the transparent mode, it has a very obvious amplification effect on common ambient sounds. When used outdoors, you can clearly hear the sounds of surrounding vehicles and horns. When used indoors, the vocals of others communicating can also be clearly transmitted to the ears.

The battery capacity of the charging case is 500mAh, and the earbud has a single battery life of up to 10 hours (50% volume), and the total battery life of up to 36 hours. Also, FoKus Prestige support fast charging function, and you can listen to music for 70 minutes after 15 minutes of charging. Unfortunately, they still do not support Qi wireless charging.

Sound Quality: Solid sound foundation and abundant information

The sound quality of the Noble FoKus Prestige is clearly ahead of other similar products, which left a very deep impression on me. Its solid sound foundation makes it difficult to distinguish whether this is a wired earbud or a wireless earbud.

The low-frequency performance is shocking and powerful, and the excellent elasticity allows it to have just the right degree of restoration when interpreting low-frequency instrumental music. The low-frequency quantity is slightly more but not excessive, and the extension and elasticity are excellent – you can even hear the layering and resolution of the low-frequency.

The mid-frequency is a typical American style – the sound is full and passionate, and the imaging is substantial. Thanks to the armature driver, the sound density is excellent and the thickness is moderate. Whether it is male voice, female voice or mid-frequency instrument timbre, the emotional and texture distance can be achieved on the basis of restoration.

The high-frequency maintains excellent brightness and smoothness, maintains moderate quantity and transparency, and the resolution is also very good (this is a big difference from FoKus Mystique).

The abundant amount of sound information is a highlight of Noble FoKus Prestige. FoKus Prestige pays more attention to the overall presentation of song content and will not miss any important details.

Overall, the tri-frequency of Noble FoKus Prestige is relatively balanced – although the mid-low frequency performance is slightly outstanding, I think the overall is still within the balanced range. Finally, it should be noted that the sound performance of the FoKus Prestige using the hybrid driver configuration (8.2mm dynamic driver + 2 Knowles armature drivers) is quite different at the beginning and after a period of use. I recommend that you burn-in it for more than 20 hours before carefully savoring the charm of its sound.

Noble FoKus Prestige VS. Noble FoKus Mystique

Noble FoKus Mystique

The sound style of Noble FoKus Mystique puts more emphasis on high-quality presentation, with more direct expression of details, and the overall style appears more youthful and energetic.

Although Noble FoKus Prestige has comprehensively improved the sound quality, the presentation is more low-key and subtle. The sound of FoKus Prestige is very listenable, rich in details and delicate, and the expressiveness of each note is peacefully displayed in the ears, making it pleasant and comfortable to listen to.

Conclusion

Noble FoKus Prestige is a top HiFi TWS earbuds. For most audiophiles, it is like opening a new window in the HiFi world, allowing more people to feel that HiFi is truly progressing. Although it is a bit too expensive compared to other similar products.
