LOOP-T6 is a 2-in-1 product with a power bank and a true wireless headset. The appearance design is unique, and the charging case uses a high-density aluminum alloy shell, which makes it feel smooth and delicate. The earphone is a semi-in-ear design, and the earphone handle is painted with metal to provide a metal texture similar to the charging case. The earphone uses a 30° ergonomic ear angle to provide a comfortable wearing experience.

The LOOP-T6 charging case is not only the earphone charging compartment that can charge the earphones, but also a power bank that can charge other devices. The charging case adopts a hidden cabin structure design. Double-click the touch area to automatically pop up, and double-click again to rebound and hide. The charging case is equipped with independent power indicator lights for the two earphones and the charging case, so that the user can learn the remaining power status.

The headset supports bluetooth V5.0, supports AAC audio decoding, and supports binaural high-definition calls. The built-in 60mAh battery provides a battery life of about 5 hours per time. It supports IPX6 waterproof, can be washed and cleaned, without fear of sweat and rain. Let’s take a look at the design and internal structure of this product in detail.

The INJOINIC IP5333 chip is a multifunctional power management SOC with integrated boost converter, lithium battery charging management, battery power indicator and TYPE-C protocol, providing a complete solution for TWS charging bays. The high integration and rich functions of IP5333 enable it to require very few peripheral components in application, and effectively reduce the size of the overall solution and reduce the BOM cost.

IP5333 only needs one inductor to realize charging and boosting functions. Can support low-cost inductors and capacitors. The IP5333 synchronous boost system provides a rated output current of 1A, and the conversion efficiency is as high as 92%. When the load is light, it will automatically enter the dormant state, and the quiescent current will drop to less than 20uA. IP5333 uses switching charging technology to provide a rated charging current of 1A, with a charging efficiency as high as 91%. The built-in IC temperature protection and input voltage intelligently adjust the charging current. IP5333 built-in 12bitADC, can accurately measure battery voltage and current. Support 1/2/3/4 LED power display.

According to 52audio, there are already a large number of TWS headset charging cases of Edifier, JLab, HiBy, Baseus, Pioneer, PIHEN, BULL, AUKEY, MPOW, BoAt, Nokia, Lenovo and other brands that use INJOINIC power management solutions.
