Beats Solo Buds is equipped with a customized sound system and a double-layer driver unit design to minimize micro-distortion. By placing it in parallel with the acoustic nozzle filter, it can better transmit sound to the ear canal. The laser-cut ventilation holes further improve the audio performance. It adopts a clear and balanced tuning style to present a wide sound range and delicate music details.

Equipped with the custom-designed microphone and advanced noise learning algorithm, it provides clear call quality. Compatible with iOS and Android systems, it supports one-click pairing when used with Apple phones, tablets, and laptops, and automatically pre-pairs across devices. Android devices can control various functions through the Beats App.

We have previously disassembled Apple products including: Beats Fit Pro, Beats Studio Buds, AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Pro, AirPods 3, AirPods 2, Apple AirPods, AirPods Max, HomePod Mini, etc. Let’s take a look at the detailed teardown report of Beats Solo Buds.

The charging case does not have a built-in lithium battery and is only equivalent to a charging stand, which needs to be connected to a power source to charge the earbuds. The earbuds are equipped with a 105mAh steel shell button battery, which provides 18 hours of battery life.
