I cannot reset the device, delete previously paired devices, and update for troubleshooting purposes. I’ve tried all of the official troubleshooting instructions. It is stuck on previously paired devices. (When the headset is in pairing mode, it searches for old paired devices) When I want to update from “btu.bose.com”, the USB port that I connected the headset to detects the connection, but I cannot update due to the error message; “It looks like your case is empty…”. Do you have any suggestions for a solution?
