Appearance Design
Users who have used the SoundPeats Mini Pro should be impressed by its appearance, and the SoundPeats Mini Pro HS follows the Mini Pro’s classic design. The pebble shape and the skin-like matte texture make the design of the charging case very beautiful. The “Soundpeats” brand name is printed on the front of the charging case. Below the brand name is an LED indicator, and the Type-C charging interface is designed on the back of the charging case.
The earbuds are basically the same shape as the Soundpeas Mini Pro, without the headset stem. In terms of configuration, SoundPeats Mini Pro HS adopts WQ7033AR chip and 10mm bio-diaphragm dynamic driver, which makes the sound more delicate and expressive. It supports LDAC codec, 24bit/96kHz, and the highest bit rate reaches 990kbps, which makes the expressiveness of the sound closer to the original sound and close to lossless sound quality. In addition, the earbuds have passed the Hi-Res certification, reaching the standard of high-quality audio, with a frequency response range of 20Hz~40kHz and richer details.
The sound quality of the SoundPeats Mini Pro HS is very suitable for listening to popular music, especially the overall performance of the mid-frequency vocals is very good. The high frequency is relatively delicate, the low frequency is full, and the details are rich, which can make people feel immersive in the clean sound. The disadvantage is that the low frequency extension performance is general.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Calls
In addition to sound tuning, the biggest highlight of the SoundPeats Mini Pro HS is the dual-feed hybrid ANC (feedforward + feedback), with a maximum noise cancellation of up to 40dB and a noise cancellation width of 1.5kHz. There is hardly any noise when used in daily commuting scenarios. However, in ANC mode, it will have a certain impact on the sound quality, which is also a common problem with noise cancellation headphones on the market.
When the ANC mode is turned on, the running noise of the air conditioner cannot be heard at all under the indoor air conditioner.
