01/ HUAWEI FreeClip Charging Case Teardown
Disassemble the charging case shell and take out the charging bin structure. The charging bin fixes all components through brackets.
The front structure of the charging bin is fixed with an indicator light FPC.
The structure on the back of the charging bin is equipped with a wireless charging receiving coil.
The bottom of the charging bin holds the motherboard and speaker.
Remove the screws, open the FPC connector, and separate the charging bin back bracket and speaker structure.
The bottom structure of the charging bin has an FPC connected to the metal connector, indicator light, Hall element and Bluetooth pairing button for charging the headphones.
Remove the FPC and set up a large area magnet at the bottom of the charging bin to ensure the stable fixation of the headphones.

The hall element of silk screen AJ0T1 is used to sense the magnetic field changes when the charging case is turned on/off, and then notify the charging case MCU/earphones to pair or disconnect with the connected device.

02/ HUAWEI FreeClip Headphones Teardown
First dismantle the comfortable bean cavity (bean-shaped battery system) – a large amount of glue is sealed inside to achieve IP54 waterproofing.

Take out the FPC inside the back cavity. The FPC is welded to the motherboard wires and is equipped with a bone conduction microphone and a wearing detection sensor. The bone conduction VPU with silk screen QR code is used to accurately identify bone conduction vibration sounds and improve the sound pickup effect.
Capacitive wearing detection sensor is used to automatically pause playback when taking off the headphones and automatically resume playback after wearing them.
