Accessories & Design
All accessories in the package include charging case, earbuds, eartips and instructions. In response to environmental protection, the FiiTii HiFiAir does not come with a charging cable (which I strongly disagree with). The earbuds come pre-installed with one pair of standard size eartips and come with three additional pairs of eartips of different sizes (S/M/L). Four pairs of eartips can meet the wearing needs of different users.
The FiiTii HiFiAir charging case is black with a piano paint process. There are three power indicators on the front, and the Type-C charging interface is at the bottom of the charging case.
The earbuds adopts a deflecting catheter in-ear design, which is also the most mature solution at present. Although the surface of the earbud is designed with clear contours, the surrounding area is rounded, so that the ear canal will not be excessively squeezed during the in-ear wearing process. This is because the ergonomic design is fully considered, which can meet the wearing comfort of most people, and it is not easy to fall off after wearing.
The earbuds are small in size, with a single earbud weighing only 3.9g. Wearing it for 3-4 hours continuously, there is no pain in the ears. Moreover, the wearing is stable, and the earbuds have not fallen during the running process. At the same time, earbuds also support IP67 dustproof and waterproof, no fear of sweat and rain soaking, and the safety of earbuds is guaranteed when used outdoors.
Connectivity & Battery Life
MIFO FiiTii HiFiAir is equipped with a Bluetooth 5.2 chip, take out the earbuds from the charging case, open the mobile phone bluetooth and search for “FiiTii_HiFiAir” to connect and pair. After successful pairing, subsequent removal of earbuds will automatically reconnect. The reconnection time is about 1 second, and any earbud will be automatically reconnected when any earbud is taken out. When listening to music with dual earbuds, put any earbud back into the charging case, and the music will not be interrupted.
In terms of battery life, in the mild noise cancellation mode, the earbuds can last up to 6 hours at a time, and the charging case can charge the earbuds 5 times, with a total battery life of 36 hours. The charging interface Type-C interface can be charged with a mobile phone charging cable, and it can be fully charged in about two hours.
Noise Cancellation & Calling
FiiTii HiFiAir is an active noise cancellation (ANC) earbuds. Supports three noise cancellation modes: ANC mild mode, ANC strong mode, transparency mode, and there is a voice prompt after switching modes. In the strong noise cancellation mode, the sound of tapping the keyboard, the sound of the air conditioner and the sound of rain outside can hardly be heard. However, note that the strong noise cancellation mode must be used in a safe environment, and it will also increase the power consumption of the earbud. If you usually run, mild noise cancellation and transparent mode are fine, you can perceive ambient sound normally, and your personal safety is guaranteed.
In terms of call performance, earbuds use ENC call noise cancellation. The front-end microphone picks up the voice of the person speaking, and the back-end microphone picks up the external noise, and the algorithm is used to reduce the noise and strengthen the human voice. After the actual test, the effect of the call is no different from that of using a mobile phone. Even if you speak softly outside, the other party can hear you clearly.
Sound Quality & Controls
The dynamic driver is stronger at low frequencies, while the balanced armature is better at mid and high frequencies. FiiTii HiFiAir adopts the combination of balanced armature + dynamic driver, internal pressure relief hole and large sound cavity low frequency extension conduit design. By intelligently dividing the sound, the suitable sound-generating unit can present different frequency bands.
After the audition, the low-frequency sound of earbuds is thick and powerful, such as the drum sound, which can clearly feel the strong sense of vibration, and listening to heavy bass songs is particularly shocking. The mid frequency is mainly manifested in the human voice, such as listening to rap song, listening to the news broadcast, the human voice is very clean, transparent and infectious. The high-frequency performance is also good, the sound is rich in detail and has sufficient ductility, especially the details of the tail sound are vividly presented, and the sound quality performance is worthy of recognition.
The earbud is controlled by touch, the touch is very sensitive, and the ear will not be squeezed when the button is operated. Tap once earbud is volume +/-, double tap earbud is to pause/play music or answer/hang up calls, triple tap earbud is previous/next song, tap 5 times to enable low latency mode. I usually only turn on low-latency mode when I’m playing games.
