Qualcomm aptX-lossless audio technology is designed to provide CD quality 16-bit 44.1kHz lossless audio over bluetooth wireless connectivity. This new technology feature has aroused heated discussion and continuous attention in the industry.

Recently, this revolutionary bluetooth lossless transmission technology has been implemented. For the first time, it was applied to NuraTrue Pro, a product released by Australian headphone brand NuraTrue, allowing music enthusiasts to further experience the new height of sound quality brought by bluetooth lossless technology.

The NuraTrue Pro has the look of its family’s disc-shaped design. Its iconic fan-shaped Logo is printed on one side of the earbud, and the fin-like design on the top of the earbud can fit the contour of the ear well, making the wearing more stable.

According to reports, NuraTrue Pro provides unprecedented audiophile-level sound quality under the dual blessing of aptX™ Lossless and Dirac® Virtuo spatial audio technology. The personalized sound quality technology it uses can measure the otoacoustic emission of the cochlea by measuring the user’s hearing with the highly sensitive microphone built into the earbud. Automatically adjust the audio EQ to make the tri-band output more balanced.

In terms of specifications, NuraTrue Pro supports personalized EQ adjustment, adaptive active noise cancellation and Bluetooth 5.3 protocol. The earbuds can last up to 8 hours a single time, and can achieve a long battery life of 32 hours when used with the charging box, and supports IPX4 waterproof level. It is worth mentioning that the charging box also supports wireless charging.

As the world’s first bluetooth earbuds to support aptX™ Lossless audio technology, NuraTrue Pro can achieve the following features under certain conditions:

  • Supports lossless sound quality at 16-bit 44.1kHz CD quality
  • Ability to upscale the transfer bitrate to CD quality lossless audio based on the quality of the bluetooth link
  • Users can choose between 44.1kHz CD quality lossless audio or 24-bit 96kHz audio
  • Automatically detect lossless audio source files and play CD quality lossless audio
  • 1Mbps bit rate

It is reported that ASUS ROG6 series and ASUS Zenfone 9 are the first mobile phones to support Qualcomm aptX™ Lossless technology. From the beginning of next year (2023), many newly released high-end Android phones will also support aptX™ Lossless, and the bluetooth sound quality will set off a wave of great improvement.
