On October 14, Bose today launched a new portable bluetooth speaker SoundLink Flex. Using a sturdy design, the price is $149 dollars, the dustproof and waterproof grade is IP67, and the battery life is 12 hours. Bose called its audio performance “shocking” in terms of its size.

Bose SoundLink Flex is 7.9 inches wide (approximately 200.66mm), 3.6 inches tall (approximately 91.44mm), 2.1 inches thick (approximately 53.34mm), and weighs slightly more than 1 pound (approximately 454g). Bose SoundLink Flex does not have any special “smart” functions, but it can be connected to any Bose smart speakers in the home. And it can be stereo paired with another Bose SoundLink Flex or a different Bose portable speaker.
