Ambie is a brand under Sony that focuses on providing a new music experience, different from other in-ear earphones. In June 2021, we paid attention to Ambie’s newly released Ambie Sound Earcuffs clip-ear wireless earbuds. The earbuds use the clip-ear design as always, but this time they are upgraded to wireless earbuds, which are developed and produced by Shenzhen MEES Technology Co., Ltd. Functionally, the earbuds is designed with a low-latency mode and support single-binaural mode. In terms of configuration, the earphone adopts Qualcomm QCC3040 Bluetooth 5.2 chip with aptX, aptX-Adaptive, SBC and AAC codec. Capsule shaped charging case, small and round
The ambie brand logo is printed on the front of the charging case, and the indicator light is below the brand logo.
When the charging case battery is low, the charging case indicator light will be red to convey battery information.
There is a Type-C interface on the back of the charging case for charging the charging case with a data cable. The charging case is opened and closed by a hinge, which is firm and durable.

The ambie sound earcuffs adopts an open way of use, liberating the ear canals of both ears. Charging & Battery life

In actual use, when the ambie clip-ear true wireless earbuds plays music at 50% volume, the single battery life is about 6 hours, and the overall battery life with the charging case reaches 24 hours. In actual use, the volume of 30% has been able to clearly hear the music.
When the charging case is charging, the indicator light on the charging case is always on.

I’ve tried charging it overnight and the indicator light doesn’t ever come on. When I first got it, it seemed to work fine and there was an indicator light. Now there is no light at all. I’ve tried plugging it in and out several times and there is no light at all.
I’d love to hear your comments on comfort. I bought the ambie earbuds and find them to be a painful wear after I force them onto my ear which is also unpleasant. The hot throbbing lasts a long time after taking them off for the few miserable minutes of wearing
