At this CES 2022 conference, Japanese audio brand Technics released the EAH-A800 over-ear wireless noise cancelling headphones.
Technics EAH-A800 headphones are aimed at high-end users, integrate 8 microphones, support beamforming pickup, provide a variety of noise cancelling modes (natural environment/attention mode), and provide 50 hours of long battery life.
Technics EAH-A800 adopts the newly developed 40mm dynamic driver. The diaphragm is constructed of multiple layers of material with high strength and flexibility to ensure clear highs and high-quality bass. At the same time, the use of thin-film multilayer capacitors helps to stabilize the current and minimize distortion. The unique cavity structure design provides precise air pressure control for enhanced performance for precise bass and rich soundstage expression.
Technics EAH-A800 wireless noise cancelling headphones has a total of 8 microphones, of which four condenser microphones work at the same time, which can accurately pick up sound. The other four microphones that use beamforming technology and support noise cancelling are located on both sides of the headset, which can effectively reduce background noise and capture sound in three dimensions. Technics’ unique signal processing technology analyzes speech and suppresses surrounding noise.
Finally, the Technics EAH-A800 supports simultaneous connection with two devices for quick switching. Self-fitting 3D curved ear cups with memory foam padding inside.
The suggested retail price for the Technics EAH-A800 is $350.
