Appearance Design and Comfort
The appearance of Shokz OpenFit 2 adopts the same design style as Shokz OpenFit (case + earphones). There is a groove on the front of the charging case to facilitate opening the lid, and there is a bar indicator on the groove. There is a Type-C charging port on the back.
The earphones adopt an earhook structure, which consists of a sound cavity, an earhook and an earphone stem. This is also a classic structural design of open earphones. The earhook uses a “dolphin arc” design, which can better adapt to different ear shapes and improve wearing comfort. The earhook is integrated with skin-friendly liquid silicone and feels soft; the built-in 0.7mm titanium alloy wire has good flexibility and resilience – it is also more friendly to users who wear glasses.

Compared with the previous model, the sound contour and imaging have been significantly improved. The sound of the instruments is more substantial, and the vocal shape is clearer and more natural.
The default mode has deep bass, elasticity and details, but the sound atmosphere is much weaker and the reverberation decay is also more severe. After the bass enhancement mode is turned on, the bass quantity, elasticity and texture are much better than the default state, and the impact on the mids/highs details and soundstage is very small – especially when playing games and watching videos, I recommend turning this mode on all the time.
In the Shokz App, in addition to the default mode (standard mode), there are also vocal mode, bass enhancement mode, and treble enhancement mode to choose from.
