    Appearance Design & Comfort Fit

Sanag S6S review: Each earbud weighs 3.5g and 38 hours playback

The Sanag S6S charging case adopts a flat round design and skin-friendly material. The case is of moderate size and feels very good in the hand, and can be easily put into the pocket. The charging case adopts a magnetic opening design with a certain damping feeling. There is an LED indicator on the front of the case to show the status of the earphones.

Sanag S6S earphones adopt a U-shaped structure – the spherical part is the sound unit placed in the ear, and the ellipsoid is the battery and control area. The connection uses a C-shaped bridge made of nickel-titanium memory alloy, which has elastic shape memory, can bend significantly, and quickly return to its original shape after release.

The earphones have a suitable gap, conform to the ergonomic design, do not clamp the ears, and are comfortable and stable to wear – even when you shake your head a lot, they will not fall off. When you wear them, the earphones look very small from the front, and the weight of 3.5g is comfortable and not noticeable.

    Connection & App Support

The earphones use Bluetooth 5.3 technology and support SBC and AAC codec. When using for the first time, just select “Sanag S6S” in the bluetooth device list of your phone to quickly connect. When using again, open the lid to automatically connect to the last successfully paired bluetooth device.

Sanag S6S supports the Sanag Headphones App for Android and iOS – once you install and open the App, it will automatically connect to the earphones. The App provides EQ settings (6 preset EQs), game mode, custom controls, find headphones, and more.

Battery Life & Gaming Mode & Controls

The S6s also has a dedicated low-latency game mode you can activate from the Android and iPhone app. This helps to synchronize the sound effects with the action on your screen.

The battery capacity of the charging case is 400mAh, and the earphones is 40mAh. The single battery life is up to 7.5 hours, and the total battery life is up to 38 hours. There are no other special connectivity features like multipoint connection or wireless charging.

The S6s uses touch control, you can answer/end calls, play/pause music, switch songs, adjust volume and call voice assistant by taping. The actual operation is very sensitive, and there is almost no unresponsiveness or delayed response.

    • Single-tap L or R earbud: answer call or play/pause music
    • Double-tap L/R earbud: next/previous track
    • Double-tap L or R earbud: hang up call
    • Triple-tap L or R earbud: volume-/volume+
    • Quad-tap L or R earbud: Switching between game mode/music mode
    • Long press L or R earbud for 3s: activate voice assistant

    Sound Description & Leakaging

Sanag S6S review: Each earbud weighs 3.5g and 38 hours playback

The earphones tend to be clear and bright style. The high-frequency is clear and bright, without any harshness. The mid-range is full and rich, and the vocals are natural and textured, which is more suitable for listening to pop music. The bass is relatively weak, but the rebound is strong, which can show the details and layering of the music.

Plus, it is equipped with the self-developed 360°ACS panoramic algorithm sound effect, which makes the sound more three-dimensional. The sound is natural and has a good surround sound effect.

Sanag S6S uses directional sound transmission technology, which can reduce 98% of sound leakage. Their call quality is quite good, and through the AI noise reduction algorithm, it can effectively filter out environmental noise – you can also hear relatively clear voice in the subway.

    Conclusion & Specs

Sanag S6S performs well in both wearing comfort and battery life. The lightweight design and open sound transmission make them perfect for workout, running, cycling, hiking, and mountaineering.
